As a student, you have several venues of help provided for using Canvas. Refer to the list in the order in which they are listed below. 

• Step 1: Search the Canvas Guides:
  • Search the Canvas Guides Links to an external site. for information about Canvas features 
• Step 2: Ask your instructor a question (found in Canvas Help Menu):
  • Ask your teacher questions about course material or send them a message
• Step 3: Submit a Technology Helpdesk Request (found in Canvas Help Menu)
